We will continue to do our best to make sure any noise from users in the entrance foyer/New Park Seminar Room is kept to a minimum. Inevitably in a multi-purpose building there will be occasional noise, magnified by the architecture of a former church, but the key is for all users to respect the nature of the space and also to show a little tolerance for other users.
The other issue you raised – the alarm sounding within the Thomson Reading Room – should now be resolved.
