I am sorry you feel that our new initiative to help stop seat hogging will not achieve anything, especially since the campaign was only launched a few days ago. We are hopeful that people being aware of the new practice (placing a parking ticket on belongings left for an hour or more) will make them think twice about trying to reserve a seat. So far we have not needed to issue many tickets at all, which is a very encouraging sign.
We have been working for a while on the best way to tackle this issue and will review how effective this approach has been.
