Thanks for completing a "You said, We did" card recently.

I'm sorry to that you've found it cold it cold recently in the Library.  The temperature can vary considerably across each floor, so if you find it too hot or too cold in an area please let us know, including details of the day and time, and the area you were working in.  Each desk in the Library is labeled with a number, so you can use this to report the specific location.  Ideally speak to a member of staff at the time.  When we have details of specific problems we can report these to Estates to investigate.  

I'm also sorry to hear that you've found the parking ticket system has been disruptive.  As this is a new system, we are taking a cautious approach, and want to ensure we don't apply a ticket to a desk unless it has been unattended for over an hour.  We will pass your feedback on to the staff carrying out the checks, and I'm sorry that you were distracted by their whispering.
