Staff - thank you! We are here to help....
Temperature - it has been colder than we would like lately. Colleagues in Estates are dealing with a fault in one of the air-handling units. We have increased heating levels elsewhere to try and alleviate the problem but this has only been partially successful. We will continue to work to resolve this as quickly as we can. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Study space - again, thank you. The ongoing 'parking ticket' campaign has helped with raising awareness and making sure we get the most out of our in-demand study spaces.
Cafeteria - I have passed your comments on to colleagues in Residential and Business Services.
Levels 2 & 3 - I think you mean 3 & 4 (2 being the entrance level). We have considered this but electronic staplers are noisy and would disturb users. The problem with leaving hand staplers at the machines is that they tend to disappear on a regular basis.
