Many thanks for taking the time to fill in a You Said We Did feedback card. I am very sorry that the Library has been cold. Several students have contacted us about this and we have reported the issue to Estates. Unfortunately we can’t regulate the temperature ourselves. Please let us know if the temperature continues to be uncomfortable; if you do this through Chat or by telling a member of staff (at the Helpdesk, for example) we can respond faster – email can take a little longer. Please also let us know the desk number you are at when the temperature falls, this would help us pinpoint the location when reporting the problem to Estates.

We are very sorry about the cold and understand that when it is chilly and raining outside, you want to escape into a warm and comfortable building.
