Thank you for taking the time to complete a library feedback form and apologies for the delay in my reply.

I’m sorry you found it to be too cold in the Main Library. We were dealing with a fault in one of the air-handling units and this led to the low temperatures you experienced. It has now been fixed and hopefully the Library will be more comfortable throughout the rest of the winter.
