We hope to offer the same friendly and helpful service regardless of who you speak to! Contacting individuals on the Helpdesk team would be problematic due to the part-time working patterns of many of our staff - this would potentially mean delays in following up your enquiries. If it's an email enquiry please contact email@example.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. We also have a popular instant chat service which operates during core hours (0900-1700, Mon-Fri).
However, around 90% of our enquiries are made face-to-face. For the most part our users still prefer to come in and speak to Library staff in person!
