Thank you for taking the time to complete a library feedback card and please accept my apologies for the delay in my reply.

We have withdrawn cash payments for print credit at the Helpdesk at St Mary’s College Library. This is part of a University-wide initiative to reduce the amount of cash we handle. The administration involved is costly and we were processing very small amounts of cash. The facility to top up credit online remains (and there is no minimum payment so you can top up very small amounts that way).
