Thank you for completing a ‘You Said, We Did’ card.

I’m sorry to hear that the SAULCAT terminals have been switched off when you have tried to use them – they certainly shouldn’t be. From now we will make a check of the machines every morning and make sure they are switched on. If there is a problem with the PCs shutting down when they shouldn’t we will raise this with colleagues in IT Services.
