Thank you for completing a "You said, We did" card, and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.  We would agree that the toilets are often very busy, we plan on increasing the number of toilets in the Library when we redevelop in the future.  We don't think that providing tissues outside the toilet cubicles is something that we can currently look to implement, as there isn't much space available, and putting tissues in the toilets may encourage some to use these instead of the hand-dryers, which would increase the amount of paper used in the Library, and the amount of litter produced, which is already considerable.  This would contradict the University's aim of reducing the use of paper and the litter we produce.  We would recommend you carry some tissues with you, but should you ever find yourself in need, please ask the staff at the Library Helpdesk, as we normally have a spare tissue to hand.

Many thanks,
