Coincidentally we were running a training course this morning on Customer Service Excellence (the government standard). We are in the process of working towards accreditation for many of our frontline services. Feedback such as yours is very welcome as it can be used as evidence of all the effort we put into customer care and service delivery. More importantly it gives staff a real boost, especially in the middle of a pretty hectic Week 1!
