Thank you for completing a library feedback card.

Although it's not dated I think this card was completed on either October 1st or 2nd. Unfortunately there was a problem with the heating system at Martyrs over that weekend. Please accept my apologies for the uncomfortable conditions you experienced.

While we appreciate the feedback card please always alert staff on duty when you encounter any problems with the Library environment - that allows us to take immediate action.
