Please accept my apologies for the lengthy delay in replying to your feedback about the desk lamps at Martyrs – this was an oversight on my part.

We did check the lamps when we picked up your feedback card last month and reported any issues to colleagues in Estates. Hopefully you have not encountered any problems since but if you have please do get back to me and I will follow up straight away.
