Thanks for your You Said We Did Library comments card last week.
We do provide 5 different group study rooms in the Main Library which are available for group-based discussion and you are welcome to make use of them through our online booking system. We also provide group study rooms in the JF Allen Library at the North Haugh. You may also be interested in the Gateway lower ground study area which has 60 study seats (including group work areas), open 0900-2145 seven days a week to all students.
We would like to provide even more study seats in the Main Library but unfortunately space doesn’t currently allow for it. The University does plan to add another 350 study seats on Level 1 (currently closed to students) once the Eden Campus is complete and we can move our general collections store and staff offices out.
