First of all I have reported the issue of the vending machines being out of service to colleagues in Residential and Business Services responsible for providing them. I do appreciate that this is frustrating when the café is closed.
In terms of providing a hot water tap this is something we are planning to do – hopefully early in 2018. We will publicise it as soon as it becomes available.
