Thank you for completing a Library feedback card.

I’ve checked with the Retail Manager (responsible for running the  service) in the Library Café and she has confirmed that refund claims need to be made directly to the vending provider (Selecta). The details should be on the machines – however she will be in touch with you directly with a reply.

Thank you for your feedback on my colleague – that is much appreciated, even though he wasn’t able to provide you with a refund.
