We are very sorry that you feel it is too noisy in the Library and we do note that you have indicated that you wish the card to be treated as a complaint rather than a comment. We are unable to undertake the usual complaints procedures without your contact details and so if you do wish to make a complaint, please email Graeme Hawes our User Services Manager: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I hope that my response here will be of help. We would recommend trying Levels 3 and 4 of the Main Library (I recognise that we have works ongoing on Level 4 at the moment, but these are short term and Level 3 is open). These levels are silent, and seating is available away from the University provided pcs. You may also wish to use the King James Library on South Street; it is usually very quiet and is also a very attractive space.

Our libraries are used by a wide range of people with different working preferences. We hope to accommodate their needs by providing many different seating and space options. However, our work to ensure we offer the best facilities and services to everyone is ongoing and so we appreciate you telling us when we fall short of your needs. We do hope these alternative locations may provide different options for you.
