Your positive feedback on the installation of hot water taps and our noise-reporting response service is much appreciated. The former have been very well received – which is very pleasing – and the latter has been a well-used service for a couple of years now.
I’d particularly like to thank you for taking the time to praise my colleagues in the University Cleaning team. As I’m sure you appreciate keeping the Library clean is a big (and constant) challenge and I very much agree that our cleaners do a great job. It also flies under the radar most of the time so your feedback is most welcome. I have shared it with our Cleaning Supervisor, the University Cleaning Manager and the Deputy Director of Estates – who will of course forward on to the team who work around the clock in the Main Library.
