Try the following steps:
- clear cache and cookies from the web browser you are using (further information available in the FAQ: http://wok.mimas.ac.uk/faq/answers.html#Q6.5) and then close and re-open your browser.
> - go to http://wok.mimas.ac.uk/
> - select the following option: "Problems with access Try this alternative link."
> - select the blue link for 'Institutional users (Shibboleth)'
> - choose UK Federation from the drop-down menu
> - search for and select University of St Andrews
> - enter your University username and password when prompted
