Thanks for filling in a You Said/We Did comments card in the Library last month – my sincere apologies for the delay in someone sending you a reply. I have been considerably behind on answering these comments.
I’ve contacted the Cleaning Supervisor for the Main Library and asked if there’s anything that can be done by way of air fresheners. If that doesn’t prove effective, we can certainly ask Estates to investigate improvements to the air conditioning in that toilet area. I’m sorry you’ve been finding the smell unpleasant and we’ll do what we can to improve matters.
