Thanks for your comments and I'm sorry you've been having problems making use of our electronic stapler.  Most users seem to manage reasonably well with it.  We no longer provide a traditional stapler in this area as ones that were previously supplied tended to go missing.  Staff at the Helpdesk will be able to let you use one of their staplers if you would really prefer a non-electronic version.
