Thanks for filling in a You Said/We Did card a few weeks ago – sorry for taking so long to reply.

I’m also sorry that you’ve been struggling with our electronic stapler but I’m not sure instructions would be that helpful.  Can I suggest that you ask the staff at the Helpdesk for help if you need any assistance?  They are there to help you and will be happy to do so.

They can also let you use one of their “traditional” staplers at the Helpdesk if you really don’t want to use the electronic stapler.
