Thanks for filling in a comments card in the Library a while back – sorry for the delay in someone replying to you. The Library doesn’t actually run the café, it is run by Residential and Business Services so you’d be best to either speak directly to café staff about your suggestion or to contact the Retail Manager Anna Fettes on email@example.com.
I’m pretty sure that they have previously supplied GF goods in the café but my colleagues in RBS will be able to advise. Many thanks once again and sorry for the painfully slow response.
