Thanks for your comments which I have passed on to my colleagues in IT Services who manage the IT Helpdesk service in the Library.

Service hours have been improved significantly in the last few years - until 2 years ago there was no IT Helpdesk provision at all at weekends.  Our colleagues in IT Services have worked hard to introduce a frontline service desk provision that mirrors the Library's Helpdesk as closely as possible.

As with all services that IT and the Library offer, they are kept under constant review so thank you again for your helpful comments.
