I’m sorry you had problems with the printer, and I hope in the future you don’t need the intervention of staff from the Library or IT Services to resolve these issues, however if you do, I hope your experience will be as good as on the 9th or 10th.  If you ever need it there’s a handy guide to Uniprint on the IT Services webpage .
