Thanks for your comments on one of our cards last week. I’ve checked with my colleague who manages the staff responsible for this service and he tells me that generally we’re able to respond within a few minutes.
There will be certain times of the day that this will be more tricky to achieve, particularly if we have less staff on duty or that they are otherwise engaged. It’s early days with the service but it appears to have been generally well-received and have delivered some improvements to the levels of noise on the upper levels. We will of course keep things under review so your feedback is a very helpful part of that process.
