Thanks for your comments and I’m really sorry you’ve been having problems with the coffee machine.  I’ve asked colleagues for more information but as far as I know, we always pass this information on to staff in Residential & Business Services (who run the café) as they deal with the vending company. 

If it continues being a problem, I’m sure the University may wish to reconsider its supplier.
