Thanks for your comments on this feedback card and the earlier one you submitted and I'm sorry that you were inconvenienced. Apparently a member of cleaning staff was absent so this routine job had been missed but has now been addressed.
As much as we appreciate getting feedback cards, it's probably better if you either speak to one of our staff or send an email about something like this as we will reply more quickly. The feedback card boxes are only checked once a week.
