Thank you for completing a "You said, We did" card, I'm sorry you've experienced problems with booking the Group Study Rooms. We've recently updated our webpages to include details about the monthly limit as well as the weekly limits, you can find the information here, again I'm sorry that this information wasn't displayed prior to you reaching the limit.
You are correct that booking made at the door for immediate use when a room is free should not be included in your weekly or monthly limit, we want to ensure that if a room is available it can be used. We've tried to replicate the error, but we haven't been able to. If you find this happens again please let us know as soon as possible and we'll check to see what's gone wrong.
