Thank you for submitting a "You said, We did" card recently. Whilst the cafe is in the library, it's not run by the Library but by Residential and Business Services, so I'll pass your suggestion on. You may have noticed some "Hot or Not" feedback cards in the cafe, so if you want to, you could complete one of those, or you can email email@example.com.
I can sympathise - any delay in getting coffee is a hardship best avoided......
