Thank you for completing a "You said, We did" card recently, sorry it's taken a while for me to respond.  

Sorry to hear that you've found it cold in the Assistive Technology room.  We've been checking the temperature in here recently following other reports of it being too cold.  We're passing the information onto our colleagues in Estates, and hope that the situation is an improving one.

To help deal with these problems quickly, please notify a member of staff of any problems and we can report them to Estates to try to get them fixed quickly.
