Thanks for letting us know that you "love the library" - great to hear!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been disturbed by noise when people leave Group Study Room 6.  Currently there's a sign above the door to remind people that they are entering a silent study zone:

We'll look at ways of making the signage more prominent to encourage those using the room to finish their conversations inside the room.

On the issue of blinds, I know that right now this will seem unlikely, but at times we've had complaints about too much glare from sunshine in parts of the Library.  As a result we fitted blinds in the areas affected, and they're used quite frequently in the summer.  The blinds are adjustable, so if you'd like to open them and see what a lovely day it is outside (you can hope) then feel free, we leave the decision to open or close entirely up to the people working in the area.

Thanks again for letting us know what you think of the Library.
