Thank you for completing a "You said, We did" card after using Martyrs Library recently. I'm sorry to hear there have been problems with the wifi connection.
Wifi and IT provision within the University falls under the remit of ITS, so I've passed your concerns to them, and someone will check the problem. If you continue to experience problems of this nature you can report it to staff at the IT Helpdesk on Level 2 of the Library, or log a call yourself, or you can complete their online comment card with any suggestions you have.
