Thank you for completing a "You said, We did" card recently.  I'm sorry you found the group study rooms on level 2 to be too cold.  We've checked the temperature today and the readings we got were between 18.5 and 19.6 degrees celcius, which is within the acceptable range.  It could be that the temperature was lower when you were using the study rooms.

If you find that it's either too cold or too warm in the place you are studying, please let us know as soon as possible.  You can email library@st-andrews.ac.uk, or speak to any member of staff who will check things out for you.

I hope you find the situation has improved compared to when you were using the group study rooms.
