Thank you for completing a "You said, We did" card recently. As you point out there isn't any hot drinking water available in the Library when the café is closed. We've had requests to provide hot drinking water in the past, but unfortunately at the moment it's not something we are able to do. Providing hot drinking water would require additional equipment and an appropriate space to ensure this could be provided in a consistent and safe manner.
Thank you for letting us know that you would find this useful. We'll bear this in mind when we're looking at the facilities and services in the Library as we continue to make improvements.
