Thank you for completing a "You said, We did" card recently. I'm sorry to hear you've found it cold in the Library. We monitor the temperature both manually and using a system of monitors, and report any problems should the temperature drop or rise above a set of limits. Unfortunately with large open spaces temperatures can vary across a floor. We find that the temperature tends to be cooler at the perimeter of the building, and warmer in the middle.
If you find the temperature is either too hot or too cold it's best to report this to a member of staff at the time you are experiencing the problem, telling us where the problem is. To aid in this we have numbered all the desks in the Library.
