Thank you for completing a "You said, We did" card recently.  I'm sorry that you are disappointed that the Library Cafe isn't open over the weekends during the vacation period, unfortunately there just isn't enough business to justify opening the cafe at this time.  There are the hot drink vending machines, and we've been advised that new machines will be coming soon.  Currently we don't have anywhere we could safely install a hot water dispenser for use when the cafe is closed, but we can investigate this as a future option.

I'm also sorry you've found the Library to be cold.  We're investigating this, and hope you have found it a little more comfortable of late.  If you find the Library to be either too hot or too cold, we recommend you report this to a member of staff at the time you experience it, this allows us to ensure that timely information can be provided to Estates, and to ensure we fix the temperature in the right area.
