Thank you for taking the time to complete a "You said, We did" card. I'm glad that you have seen such a positive improvement to the layout and facilities in the Library since you were last here. It's also great to hear that you've found our staff to be helpful - thanks for letting us know.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you had with the lift pass. Having a single lift in the Library means we have to find a way to restrict access to those who need it, to ensure it can be available in a reasonable time. It seems the card you were given was faulty, and as a result we have checked all other lift cards to ensure they work - and I'm glad to say that they do. We hope that this won't happen again.
If you experience any problems when you are using the Library, please let us know and we'll do our very best to try to remedy them.
