Thank you for taking the time to complete a "You said, We did" card recently, letting us know what you think of the improvements we’ve made.  Over the summer we've added more power sockets to desks in the Main Library, added some additional study spaces, soft seating on level 2, and new printers have been installed, courtesy of our IT Services colleagues.  We also think the weather has been much nicer this September, so that probably helps too....

Thanks also for observing how clean the Library is.  I'll make sure to pass this on to the cleaners who work hard to keep on top of everything.

Sorry to hear you've found it too warm in the Library.  We monitor the temperature throughout the Library and report any problems to Estates.  If you find any area either too warm, or too cold, please let us know.  If you can let us know the area you've had the problem with (each desk we have in the Library is numbered, so include the desk number if possible) and the time you experienced it, then we can get the area checked, or speak to a member of staff who will report it at the time.
