Thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We are currently working on signage to more clearly communicate the recent book moves and to state that although dictionaries remain on Level 2, that the Reference Collection can now be found on Level 4. The signs you mention on Level 2 have now been taken down.
We have made several stock moves over the summer which means that there are more books on Level 4, classmarks R-Z can now be found there, too. As there have been a lot of changes, we are in the process of creating new signage to signal where the different collections begin (so to show where journals stop and books begin up on Level 4 for example), and we will be updating the shelf-end signs as soon as we can.
Thanks again for letting us know this has been a problem.
All the best,
Academic Liaison (Communications & Marketing)
