Thanks for your feedback card a couple of weeks ago – my apologies for the delay in replying to you.
Our digital screens are relatively old and we are aware that they are in need of upgrading. This is something that of course comes at a cost so we are currently looking into this, with a view to replace them either in the current academic session or in 2018/19.
We do publish information in print and online on our advertising options (https://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/library/services/other/ads/ & https://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/library/services/other/studentmarketplacebookings/) although I understand that another member of Library staff has already corresponded with you on this matter. We require student societies to print their own posters out if they wish them displayed on our noticeboards or in the toilet cubicle frames.
In terms of microwaves, I’m afraid there is no space for a microwave to be put in the café and there are no plans therefore to install one.
