Student wellbeing is something that we are committed to supporting and as I am sure you are aware, good sleep habits are essential to physical and mental health. We encourage all students to take frequent breaks from studying and get outside regularly to make sure they are alert and in the best frame of mind to learn.  The University offers a range resources and online information to support your wellbeing:

Our priority within the library is to offer space for individual and group study. If any library users are tired, I would recommend that they take time out from the studying and return when better rested.
