The cart option in Library search allows you to gather items of interest from your results list and then e-mail them to yourself so you have the information to use later.
Note that the Cart is temporary and empties out when you have finished using the system. Always make sure that you go into My Cart before you finish using the system and choose one of the options on the right of the screen.
To add items to your cart use the button you see alongside each search results.
Once you have added items to the cart then click on the My Cart button at the top of the screen.
You will then have the option to remove items from your cart or e-mail them to yourself.
