Q. Why can't I insert a citation into Word using EndNote?
When I try to insert a citation into Word on my Mac I am returned to the EndNote Library window and the citation is not inserted.

If you have Mojave on your Mac then the Security & Privacy functions can prevent EndNote from adding in a citation.
