If you receive a login failed message then please check you are entering your details correctly and if you have forgotten your password use the forgot password option to generate a new one.
If you are logging in with the correct credentials and haven't used your terminal login for a while then it will need reactivated. This can be done by telephoning the Bloomberg Support Desk (open 24/7). The UK number is 020 7330 7500
