If you are having any issues with requesting the items you need either via Click & Collect or Scan & Deliver service or with collecting library books or Inter Library Loans then please contact us and we'll be happy to advise. We can also provide guidance on what other resources are available for your research area, accessing and using our e-resources or how to obtain items which we don't hold either in physical or electronic format.
