If you have created an account on one of these services, you can use that to sign in to the personalised account on Scopus:

  • Clinical Keys
  • Mendeley
  • Science Direct

These are all products provided by Elsevier, so use the same account credentials.

If you don't already have an account:

  • Use the link to Scopus which you'll find in your subject guide or the A-Z database list.
  • You may be prompted to login at the University's Microsoft 365 page, enter your university email address and password.
  • From the Scopus homepage choose Create account.
  • Enter your university email address, and click Continue. Important: do not click "Sign in via your institution".
  • A registration screen will open, complete the required information.

You can use the account to:

  • Save searches
  • Create alerts for searches you have conducted
  • Save lists of results

To access saved searches, alerts or lists, choose Sign in from the Scopus homepage, and sign in with the email address and password you used when you created your account.  Saved searches, alerts and lists can be accessed by clicking your initials at the top right of the screen.

If you have any problems creating an account or signing in contact the Library for assistance.
