Q. Why can't I view items in My Account?

There is currently a problem with accessing any details saved in your library account on a mobile device. The following information will not show correctly:

  • Holds
  • Checkouts
  • Fines/fees
  • Inter Library Loans
  • My lists

If you need to access this information then please use a browser on a PC or Mac and login to your library account that way.
