There is currently a problem with the De Gruyter ebooks which we are investigating.  In the meantime you will get access if you follow the link in the Library catalogue, then:

1. Click Log in at the top right of the screen
2. Click Access through your institution
3. Search for and select University of St Andrews
4. You may be directed to the University of St Andrews standard login page where you enter your email address and password
5. You should now have access the ebook - use the Contents tab to access the chapters.
