If any of your resources include a corporate author (an organisation or group rather than an individual) then in order for the reference to format correctly you need to enter the details into your EndNote library as follows

In the author field put a comma immediately after the name of the organisation e.g.

University of St Andrews,

If your corporate author includes a comma in the name itself, use two commas in place of the first comma.
